Participation Procedures

1 To fill in the "Booth Reservation Form","Exhibition Catalogue","Name Badges", mail or fax the Form sealed or with the signature to the organizer by June 1st 2007;

2 The organizer will send the "Letter of Confirmation" and the "Notice of Payment" within two days to the exhibitor after the Booth Reservation Form has been received;

3 To pay the organizer 50% of the participation fees within one week after the "Letter of Confirmation" and the "Notice of Payment" have been received. The balance, including fees relating to the advertisement, seminar, booth assistant or interpreter etc shall be paid in full by July 7th 2007;

4 The organizer will send the exhibitor the Exhibition Guide after the fees have been received and also confirm the booth arrangement with the exhibitor based on the principle of "first apply, first served"

5 The exhibitors are requested to filling in the forms concerning to the reservations of seminars, booth assistant or seminar interpreter,accommodation, advertising in the exhibiton Catalogue, etc, and return to the organizer by the requested dates;
